Building being gutted on 14th

Does anyone know what plans are for the building currently being gutted on the north side of 14th St. in the middle of the block between 8 & 9? With all the gentrification this neighborhood has undergone recently it makes me nervous to see another building being renovated.

Actually, i wasn't referring to the old supermarket space, i was referring to a residential space about 4 buildings east of that. It sat vacant for about 1 or 2 months after all the residents moved out, and is now being completed excavated.

To answer the question which wasn't asked:

The two commercial spaces on the corner of 14th and 9th--formerly a supermarket and the Village Idiot--are being turned into a comedy club and an upscale bar, respectively.
