suicide in bldg 6

There is a notice up in both bldg 6 and 7 about a bldg 7 resident that commited suiside in bldg 6 today. There will be a meeting atthesenior center tomorrow about it. Anyone know more info? I wonder who it was since I live in 7

found out from my neighbors who I share facebook with. Dont know this person but its so sad. He was in failing health

Terrible, but also strange. Why would someone who lives in one building go to another building to commit suicide? Did he leave a note to indicate that it was indeed a suicide?

I heard the guy was in 7A- 21rst fl. He was in his 50s but was in failing health. Doubt if melian and lexington knew him. People on the A side would more likely. that is where I got my info from

Well, if you use the laundry room, you meet people from both the B and A side.
There was one man from the A side that I envisioned might do this. Could be him. A fellow who was friendly at times. As time went on, he got more distant. I known several suicides and they all exhibited this quality. Of late, I noticed he was having problems walking and needed assistance. Very odd.

Saw the notice today about the meeting set up to discuss this. I wish I could have attended.

true you do meet people in the laundry room- what I heard from people is that he was a night worker- h called 911 himself to report his body- he was a wonderful person maybe a little shy- this man went through a lot with his illness and I guess could not handle it anymore- may he rest in peace- no I did not attend the meeting- had a dr apppt.
