the space where kyungs deli was is going to be a market cafe- i checked online and they have another place in hells kitchen- anyone know anything more about market cafe- oh its on 8th aveneu accross from penn south 25th st i think

In response to member on this site, our Coop did not provide this woman with a place to go. They will not be evicting her. Instead, our coop said if she walked away from the apartment she would not have to pay the coop's legal fees. She will have to pay hers. She did not want an eviction on her record as it would be difficult for her to obtain another apartment. Therefore, she is walking away... [Read More]

I don't know all the details so perhaps I am missing something.
I was informed that a woman who has lived in Penn South for forty years was evicted from her apartment because she was caught renting rooms in her apartment using the site Roomerama. Anyone have any word on the former Empire Diner on 22nd and Tenth? It's been closed and almost deserted-looking the past few times I've been by there. It looks like some interior renovation work was in progress and stopped in mid-stream.

Several days ago Microsoft automatically installed a new version of Internet Explorer on my PC; ever since then, I've been unable to use Internet Explorer at all. Earlier today I was able to uninstall it and revert the computer to the way it was before the installation.
I'm curious to know if anyone else has had a similar problem.
