  • Little Constance?

I ran across this on wikipedia....The area on 30th street, between 8th and 9th avenue, lately became known as Little Constance. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Midtown_Manhattan.

Has anyone previously heard about this? I haven't been able to find any whys or wherefores on this....

That's interesting AEG. I have never heard of that. Funny how wikipedia knows about it but those who live on the block have never heard of it!

Talking about Wikipedia, check out this interesting description of Chelsea: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chelsea%2C_Manhattan

Make sure you take a look at the "External" Links" at the bottom of the page, especially the one with "Aerial views" of the nabe.

I forgot to mention that sometimes articles get vandalized on wikipedia...and this might have been someone's idea of a practical joke.

Or the developers are moving in and the rents are going up in the newest "Cachet Neighborhood!"

Just what is the name of the neighborhood our streets are on? A realtor friend of mine said it was called "Chelsea Heights." I prefer "Postal Processing Center" or "No Man's Land."
