Little Constance?

I ran across this on wikipedia....The area on 30th street, between 8th and 9th avenue, lately became known as Little Constance. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Midtown_Manhattan.

Has anyone previously heard about this? I haven't been able to find any whys or wherefores on this....

That's interesting AEG. I have never heard of that. Funny how wikipedia knows about it but those who live on the block have never heard of it!

I forgot to mention that sometimes articles get vandalized on wikipedia...and this might have been someone's idea of a practical joke.

Just what is the name of the neighborhood our streets are on? A realtor friend of mine said it was called "Chelsea Heights." I prefer "Postal Processing Center" or "No Man's Land."
