Adopt my darling foster kitten so he stays in the 'hood

Late September I took in a kitten in need of foster care. He is darling, but my 7 year old prima donna female is a threatened stress case; I need to let him go to save her health (and my sanity) and my heart breaks. I thought I might find comfort knowing he was living a good life on my very own block.
